Rachel Laird oversees integrations and operations of the Human Resources Department as well as the cultural integration of companies joining the Celero family. Since 2013 Rachel has successfully managed payroll, recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, staff engagement, and the maintenance of all staff files. Rachel also ensures necessary tools are available for career growth at Celero through the Mentorship Program and Leadership Development Program.
