Jae has a proven track record of improving business operations and culture. Prior to Celero, Jae served as CEO of TransNational Payments and spent several successful years in emerging markets with Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad after an experience-packed sales management position with Allegiance Telecom.

Jae is an active member of the Electronic Transaction Association (ETA). He is exceedingly involved in fundraising for organizations ORPHANetwork.org & MyWell and has facilitated saving churches and religious organizations across the United States with over $35 million dollars through his strong financial services knowledge and skillset.

Jae has an influential and ongoing commitment to improving his community. He attributes his success in business to his culture-first mentality, fair-mindedness, curiosity, compassion, competitive spirit, and his family. A philosophy that Jae has always followed throughout his career is: when you love what you do and who you do it with, everything will fall into place.

Jae is a proud husband and father of four children and married to his wife of 19 years, Melissa. Jae holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Neuroscience from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
