Senior Vice President of Human Resources
With over 15 years of human resources experience with 10 in leadership roles, Deidra Parsons has held senior HR roles in various high-growth industries from start-up ventures and manufacturing to large commercial insurance brokerage.  
 
In her role as Human Resources Director, Deidra performed HR functions for a start-up venture third party logistics provider including HR best practices, talent management strategies, safety and compliance, and strategic growth and development. There she established two new company facilities including build-out, talent management, and safety compliance. Deidra also established a new customer contract which generated $500,000 revenue during the first two quarters of the relationship. 

 

As a Human Resources Leader, Deidra directed HR functions across multistate company locations including strategic growth and development planning, talent management, benefit administration, compliance, safety, and policy administration. She was accountable for 20% year-over-year human capital growth throughout the organization. 

 

Deidra has also provided full cycle HR services and championed HR vision through talent management and succession planning, employee relations, and payroll while promoting safety, employee relations, and HR best practices.
